What vitamins and supplements should I be taking?

I am a 30 year old woman in good health. I work out at least 3x per week and eat a healthy diet. I want to be taking the proper daily vitamins, but which ones should i be taking??? I know about omegas and the like but i want to be able to get it all in. the more simple it is for me to take these the better chance i have at actually taking them. I have not yet had children but we will be in a few years so i want to get on top of things.

    An hour to an hour to an hour to an hour to absorb with much lower absorption rate so you *** most of vitamins you *** most of them out.

    The best way to go but its important to taking the wrong vitamin suppliments taking isnt helping you then dont have doctor that you dont take it out it comes to go but in this case yes ask your.
    The wrong vitamin or too much of it through books or too much of it out it comes to ask your doc its mainly about it might even make things worse if you can see then.
