What are some good supplements to get me over my plateau?

I have been working out hard for about 2 months. I have been doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days/week and weight training 3-4 days/week. I have lost close to 30 pounds, but it seems as if i have hit a plateau….can’t seem to make any more gains on my weight training and not losing a lot of weight like in the beginning.

Is there any good supplements to try or any good routines to consider?
