I was just wondering how long it takes for supplements to start working through your system so I know if vitamin deficiencies are something that I should keep looking into.

For about weeks now exercise and eat less felt it the 1st day that help me no get hungry.
The 1st day that started taking it have already lots weight and am very happy with this also take.
