I’m currently taking a prenatal vitamin. I’ve heard that taking Omega-3 and something called choline help with fetal brain development. Any other vitamins or supplements that have a positive effect?

    I didn’t because there really isn’t a need to. But I think it is a great idea if that is what you want to do. All I took was prenatals and I tried to eat more leafy greens for folic acid.
