Give your horse good nutrition, a balanced complete feed and free choice grass hay. Forget about supplements - unnecessary. With balanced feed, adding supplements can actually cause imbalances.
As far as your stopping problems, you horse needs training, nothing more. She lacks training and is disrespectful, but you have to deserve her trust and respect before you get it. Horses are very smart and you cannot fool them. They always know the truth.

Don’t start adding supplements unless you actually need them. The best thing to do is buy a good quality balanced feed and provide adequate (quality)) forage.
As for having to use both hands to drag her round - what she needs is schooling and quite a lot of it - lots of circles and turns and don’t forget to use your leg. Don’t be afraid to back your leg aid up with a schooling whip if she’s being stubborn.
