Don’t take supplements! Drink green tea, it has great antioxidents. Its known that it is used as a dietary aid but be carefull, it can be very acidic and you don’t want to sip on it all day. One cup should do with a healthy diet and exercise. That should start you off to the weight loss you are looking for.
