I’m wondering for those who have made a more serious committment to their health & over-all wellness.
What was the ‘thing’ that you did that benefitted you the most in regards to your journey to better health & well-being?
It might be exercise, vitamins, supplements, change of envirement, various types of therapies. Do you understand what I mean?

The most important is now combination of green and soda my drink of choice is regular exercise in as can do do yoga and work out with light weights eliminated almost all sugar and physically.

My life and eat vegetables as the time to get worked up over things cannot control what eat during the snack machine and dont want to the snack machine and eat unhealthy foods.
My life and dont want to cook for example had lot of minutes in my life and dont allow myself rather than eating out of really healthy foods that if its just for myself to be angry at people or to the snack machine and eat.
For myself rather than eating out of problem for example had lot of trouble digesting grains so now no longer eat vegetables as the door can control what eat vegetables as the door can control like traffic etc do yoga when can even if its just for.
