Ive recently started taking 2 vitamin B-complex/B-12 pills to aid with my slow metablolism The bottle says “promotes energy metabolism and nervous system health.Ive searched online and found that the B-12 doesn’t absorb very quickly and whatever the body doesnt use gets urinated/sweated out (my *** is bright yellow). It said there were no reports of an overdose, but lots of bad things happen when you have a deficiancy. I dont take any other vitamins or diet supplements. I do use Alesse as an oral contriceptive but that’s it.
Am I doing anything beneficial taking these 2 pills a day or does it just not make a difference???? It breaks down to the following:
14mg B-1, 28mg B-2, 50mcg B-12 or;
apx.Daily Values- 900% B-1, 1,648% B-2, 834% B-12
****Ive lost 90lbs in the last 2 yrs, Ive got the diet and exercise down, Im still 173lbs and still have some weight to drop. I found these in the medicine cabinet and figured maybe it could help. I have NO metabolism, I swear Im almost dead!*****

I’m trying to lose weight with a strong regiment of diet and exercise but before I start, I’d really like to know what’s proven to work best. Please don’t send me anything about supplements/diet, I just want to know about PHYSICAL EXERCISES. Please also refrain from answering this question if you’re only guessing. However, if you have a personal experience w/ high results, by all means, please answer.

I can’t seem to lose any weight without some kind of diet supplement. The minute I stop taking them I get totally hungry even though I’ve already eaten a meal I’m hungry a short time later. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

-I’m a 20 year old female
-I’ve put on 15 pounds over the past year (freshman fifteen?), but I’m definitely not fat.
-I can’t run worth crap
-I have bad hips and big boobs
-I’m genetically predisposed to be “small”
-High stress level (I’m in college and work part time)
-Terrible sleeping patterns (Once again, in college)
-I work an office job and sit all the time
-I’m currently on the “Special K Challenge”
-I have a limited budget for food and whatnot
-I like sugary foods

So someone…Preferably with experience…Please tell me how to lose this stupid weight in a healthy manner?
Specific exercises, stretches, aerobic classes, weightlifting circuits, and foods would be beneficial.
Please don’t spam my question with diet supplements.

I like meat, but sometimes it makes me sick or nausious. My doctors says I need more iron, I am anemic. How do I get it in without taking a lot of supplements or eating a lot of meat?

Of course there is diet and excersise but what can I use along with that to help lose weight. I’d prefer something that someone has used before and it should also be safe and researchable. In other words not something that I have to find a bootlegger to get.

I take a few vitamins and herbals, but I can’t seem to find on google what is unsafe to take with Lithium. I don’t take anything real serious like Tryptophan or anything like that, but I use some healthy oils, kelp, grapeseed, vitamin C…etc.

If anyone out there knows and can give me some helpful links, I’d be much appreciative!

Lauren
