i heard vaporizers were good for you lungs. is it actually good to smoke “herbal supplement” through a vaporizer?

bad habits of buying and taking a few days and then quitting. I am trying to self improve in three areas as I am in a rut ..negative thinking, organizing my house and keeping it better and eating better and taking some of my supplements.
I see my health declining and need to get serious on some of my flaws and areas I am weak in..any suggestions Ion these supplements..maybe a way to organize them..they are all over the house. and even in storage some of them..I need to know good ways to remember to take them CONSISTENTLY as this is what I lack in life as well as
a way to store them that works for this size item and organize them so I know what I have..thanks

I’m wondering for those who have made a more serious committment to their health & over-all wellness.
What was the ‘thing’ that you did that benefitted you the most in regards to your journey to better health & well-being?
It might be exercise, vitamins, supplements, change of envirement, various types of therapies. Do you understand what I mean?
