I suffer from extremely low energy and I need some hints as to what might help. I keep a healthy diet and exercise. My doctor sent me back home with a B-12 shot, abything else that might help?

    As the others mentioned, taking vitamin supplements is a good idea. Often, we don’t get enough vitamins, even if we keep a healthy diet. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. I **** drinking water, but I’ve found different ways to “jazz” it up, and it does help a lot. For a quick pick-me-up, drink a cup of ginseng tea. There are several brands that make a version, including the ever-available Celestial Seasonings. Lastly, be sure to get plenty of sleep. Good luck!
