I am not interested in the inorganic products which were mined from the ground. I mean organic, meaning from a living source, plant or animal.
Gib Puffy Shoes. I agree with your answer in the summer, but how can you do this in the winter? All the produce is covered with DDT spray and it’s from Mexico.

Spirulina with oranges together contains a complete array of vitamins,minerals,trace minerals and phyto-nutrients. There are some good multis out there,but I don’t take multis so this is actually better than most. Whole foods should have one that’s one pill and organic.
