what is the best way for me to begin to lose weight that i have been carrying for 7 years or more?

i am 5ft 3, i weight approximatley 280-290 pounds, before i had my kids i was not this big, and when i was pregnant i would lose 80 pounds per pregnancy. but after i would deliver i would gain the weight back and then some. i do not eat alot. most days i only eat twice. i do **** to excercize because i get so out of breath so fast (i have a condition where i can not release all of the air out of my lungs, and it causes shortness of breath, my doctor said that it is the beginning stages of asthma-this condition was caused by a moldy house that i recently moved out of) i do not want to take any diet supplements or pills at all. and absolutely no surgeries. i just need help. the funny thing is that i coach elementary volleyball (this is only for 3 months during school) and i teach dance at my church. but i struggle with my weight, alot. someone suggested that i begin walking, but thats boring to me, then they said maybe i should get a puppy, that way it wouldnt be so boring to me. ideas?

    The absolute most important thing is important the lack of being able to help your overall wellbeing you should eat and see where youre doing well and where youre doing well and where you how but.

    it WILL be boring

    it WILL be a drag

    you will NOT want to exercise at first but you just have to. if you want to lose the weight you have to be willing to do something different and something more challenging than you are used to. Thats just the way it goes.

    Once you start doing it though you will feel so good about yourself and just feel healthier and that will motivate you to keep doing it. The hardest part is just getting out there and starting. Start slow and just work your way up.

    Just do it. You will be so happy you did. GOODLUCK!
