As long as you are taking a prenatal vitamin that is all you need…….anything else I would talk to you Dr.

Yes, you should be taking at least 1000 mg of calcium a day. If you are having heartburn with your pregnancy, using TUMS can replace a calcium suplliment.

The most beneficial absorption possible.
The presence of others in your diet to supplement with any other calcium wont help if you use your systemthats why multivitamins are best just taking calcium you need the thing about vitamins is that they.

You should be taking your prenatal Viatimins. I have to take one everyday, Your baby needs that Folic acid to help it develop you don’t want to deprive your baby of that at all. Talk to your Dr about the other supplements you take
