-I’m a 20 year old female
-I’ve put on 15 pounds over the past year (freshman fifteen?), but I’m definitely not fat.
-I can’t run worth crap
-I have bad hips and big boobs
-I’m genetically predisposed to be “small”
-High stress level (I’m in college and work part time)
-Terrible sleeping patterns (Once again, in college)
-I work an office job and sit all the time
-I’m currently on the “Special K Challenge”
-I have a limited budget for food and whatnot
-I like sugary foods

So someone…Preferably with experience…Please tell me how to lose this stupid weight in a healthy manner?
Specific exercises, stretches, aerobic classes, weightlifting circuits, and foods would be beneficial.
Please don’t spam my question with diet supplements.

I’m on the Depo injection (300 mgs) and while doing some research I came across the information that Depo-Provera has a black box warning for causing early-onset osteoperosis! My gyn didn’t even mention this! I may only be 16 but I think I should be concerned about my bone health.
Should I start taking calcium supplements?
Are there any organic calcium supplements out there?
How much should I take?!

I’ve already tried talking to my doctor about it, but he seems more focused on getting in and out faster rather than actually answering my questions…

I like meat, but sometimes it makes me sick or nausious. My doctors says I need more iron, I am anemic. How do I get it in without taking a lot of supplements or eating a lot of meat?

Hi, I’m taking an herbal supplement called Relora to help with my anxiety and today I started a B-complex Vitimin.

I’d like to know if B-complex is better for anxiety and depression or if B-12 would be please?

Thank you much!

The only prescription I’m on is birth control pills. I do prefer herbal / natural remedies. I don’t have a doctor to discuss this with.
I started practicing guided meditation a few weeks ago and it does help but I have to do it at least 3 times a day, once I start school this week that won’t be so easy.
I am taking Relora that is by Now brand, but I’ll definately look into the B-complex by Now on iHerb.com.

Thanks peeps.
