Was just wondering becuase at my local Vitamin shop, one of the guys who worked there told me there isnt any vitamin supplement product thats approved by the FDA. Alot of people take them anyways so i was wondering. Also, anyone who is knowlegeable in Fitness and Health have any Pros/Cons about taking them? Thanks.

I take a few vitamins and herbals, but I can’t seem to find on google what is unsafe to take with Lithium. I don’t take anything real serious like Tryptophan or anything like that, but I use some healthy oils, kelp, grapeseed, vitamin C…etc.

If anyone out there knows and can give me some helpful links, I’d be much appreciative!

Now, I’d like a site to inform me about nutrition, organic foods, good supplements, necessary vitamins. I think I eat healthy already. I only drink water,green tea,coca tea. One cup of coffee/week. I don’t eat fast foods, fried foods, soda, or juice. I eat mostly seafood & poultry & little red meat. I eat whole grains like quinoa. I’m TRYING to take it easy w/ rice, bread, tortillas & pasta. I’m latina so I have a really hard time slowing down on the last food group mentioned.

I want to learn how to eat better not just knowing to eat more veggies & grains. I want to know how eating particular foods affect my body. HELP!
